Sym's and Filene's Basement just announced that they are filing bankruptcy and close all stores nationwide by January. They will begin their "Going Out Of Business" sales on Black Friday (or the Friday after Thanksgiving).
I don't like to take advantage of someone's misfortune but this will mean really cheap prices on clothes. You might want to file that information away. These stores already have good prices so it should be interesting. But if you are a bride-to-be, don't count on the annual Running of the Brides for your dress!
I will check them out and let you know what kind of sales you might find! Syms has great suits so I think my husband might have to stock up.
