This is Amazon's subscription program where you sign up to buy something every 2/3/6/etc. months with free shipping and an extra 15% or 30% discount.

Here is the thing: you can sign up for it and then cancel after the item ships if you don't want to be tied into a subscription.

How to Use Subscribe & Save

1. Sign up for AmazonMom (even if you are not a mom)

2. Find the item you want to buy by searching or linking

3. If you have subscribe & save box below the "add to cart" button (shown here) select a delivery schedule (choose 6 months in case you forget to cancel it).

4. Place it in the cart with the subscribe now button. And you should get the 15 - 30% off.

5. After it ships, go on and cancel. You can always add for the next deal!
